Not entering the Artshow but would like to participate?
We would love your help! The Grand Easter Exhibition is run by the local community. We couldn't have got this far without them.
There are three days leading up to the show and the four days throughout the show when we need all hands on deck.
A brief outline of what the days entail:
Tuesday - 30th - AM: Art Delivery
Tuesday - 30th - PM: Art Delivery
Wednesday - 31st - AM: Art Delivery
Wednesday - 31st - PM: Assemble Show
Thursday - 1st - AM: Art Hanging
Thursday - 1st - PM: Art Hanging
Good Friday - 2nd - AM: Exhibition Supervision
Good Friday - 2nd - PM: Exhibition Supervision
Easter Saturday - 3rd - AM: Exhibition Supervision
Easter Saturday - 3rd - PM: Exhibition Supervision
Easter Sunday - 4th - AM: Exhibition Supervision
Easter Sunday - 4th - PM: Exhibition Supervision
Easter Monday - 5th - AM: Exhibition Supervision
Easter Monday - 5th - PM: Dismantle Show
Tuesday - 6th - AM: Art Collection

All volunteers will receive one complimentary ticket for entry into the Main Gardens during the Exhibition.
